Mission Getting to One Mentors  train and support  teachers in the integration of technology, data, and differentiated instruction while coaching them as they transform their classrooms into learner-centered environments that are authentic and relevant to their students.
Goals Provide and enthusiastic positive approach towards instructional technologies. Level the technology playing field for all staff and students.  Establish teacher awareness and capabilities of the most current instructional technologies. Assist teachers in the development of differentiated lesson plans infused with various instructional technology strategies.  Provide many opportunities for group trainings and one-to-one trainings and/or co-teaching experiences.  Based on staff needs.
Responsibilities PATI – September State Staff Survey Data Collection for Quarterly reports Formative and Summative Evaluations Metiri Group Casenex Report to Ast. Superintendent Report to PDE All instructional technology needs  Communicate regularly with technology department and administration Assess and address faculty instructional tech. needs
Instructional Technology Support Assist and provide staff training based on staff surveys and evaluations. Provide Professional Development in Outlook Calendar IT Web site – FrontPage, Edline, or Moodle IT Newsletter Research and evaluate information for new technologies or software applications.  On-going staff support!!
Differentiating Instruction Vary lessons based on student learning styles.  Provide learner centered activities. Offer a varied range of assessments Develop interactive or technology enhanced lesson plans
