3. Mission Getting to One Mentors train and support teachers in the integration of technology, data, and differentiated instruction while coaching them as they transform their classrooms into learner-centered environments that are authentic and relevant to their students.

4. Goals Provide and enthusiastic positive approach towards instructional technologies. Level the technology playing field for all staff and students. Establish teacher awareness and capabilities of the most current instructional technologies. Assist teachers in the development of differentiated lesson plans infused with various instructional technology strategies. Provide many opportunities for group trainings and one-to-one trainings and/or co-teaching experiences. Based on staff needs.
