Key findings
 High level of satisfaction high level of satisfaction with digital provision e.g. reliable wi-fi
 High use of personal devices e.g. laptops compared to institutional devices
 Frequency of course-related digital activities – high use of quizzes
 Two thirds of student rely on LMS and more than half would like it to be used more
 Two thirds of students feel digital technologies encourage more independent learning, but only 41%
feel connected with lecturers, and 40% feel connected to other students in digital environment
 One third of students turn to online information for help digital skills followed by fellow students,
friends, other uni support and lecturers
 Less then half of LTU studnets agree that that their course prepares them for the digital workplace
but two thirds agree that digital skills are important in their chosen career
