This document provides instructions for students to set up and maintain a blog for their media studies course. The blog will be used to document research, planning, experiments, works in progress, final products and evaluations. Students are expected to post at least once a week after practical experiences. The blog should include various media like text, links, videos and images. Exam boards will evaluate the blog for planning and organization (20% of grade) and use of audience feedback in evaluations (20% of grade). Students are directed to set up a free blog on Blogspot.com and email the URL to their teacher. exemplar blogs and instructions for linking to other students' blogs are also provided. 12. Linking Blogs
 Click on the “Design” tab
 Add “My Blog List” as a gadget
 Click “edit”

13. Posting on your Blog
 Navigate to your blog homepage
 Click “new post”
 To include video/ image links, you may need
to use html tags
 Sites like Youtube and Facebook are blocked
at school, although some other video sites
can be accessed
 May wish to set up free Vimeo account

 Post your pre-course project to the blog
 View at the two projects by other students
and comment on them
