Positon:Food& Beverage Attendant
Job Description:
 Takes and serves food and beverage orders according to prescribed
standards of service.
 Looks after the necessary preparations before the start of operation:
o Wipes/prepares the necessary containers, mis-en-place,
napkins, tray, cutleries, other supplies;
o Checks and re-stocks service station and sees to it that the par
stack is maintained.
o sets-up the table and installs required facilities.
 Studies the menu and familiarizes with the outlet’s specialties as well
as out of-stock items.
 Takes order and serve food and beverages.
 Assists in welcoming and seating guests.
 Attends to guests’ inquiries, requests and complaints.
 Clear-stable ofsoiled dishes,dirt and trash(in theabsenceofa busboy).
 Performs other side duties and assignments given by the superior.
 MCDONALD’s February 2013 up to March 1014(Part time job)
Position:CrewMember
 Greet customers on arrival and ask for their order.
 Take orders and inform customers about new deals and upsizing
option.
 Clean and stock customer eating areas and equipment.
 Relay order information to kitchen staff using POS and ensure order is
filled correctly.
 Deliver orders to tables.
 Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
