December 2015- present Rosewood Abu-Dhabi Hotel Supervisor Bar/Lounge
I amcurrently with Rosewood, employed as a supervisor for the bar/lounge outlet. I report directly to the F&B
manager and my main responsibilities lie in the bar/lounge outlet. I amhoweverregularly requested by the F&B
director to transfer laterally within the hotel where my skill sets are required and u have therefore acquire experience
in the restaurants , banqueting and coordinating large group functionsand events . I enjoy thisjob and I amtrusted
with a lot or responsibility fromthe Hotel and F&B director to maintain standards. Other dutiesare as follows:
 Manage events in banquets as event co-coordinator
 Supervise all staff in outlets along with work schedules for all staff

 I was in charge of stocks in all of our outlets, which consisted of a take-away restaurant, butchery, as well as
two restaurants in different parts of the city
 I had to order stock from various distributors and distribute accordingly
 Wages were paid and given accordingly by me to my staff of over 40 people
 Stock take and stock variance was all under my control
 Budgets and projections were done on a weekly and monthly basis
 Cleanliness and hygiene of my outlets were taken care of by myself to ensure the sanitation of restaurants
 Any customer complaints or enquiries were dealt with by myself
 I had to market and find new guests to distribute my product to, so I became a part of the sales and marketing

I really enjoyed this job and the daily challenges I dealt with. However due to a car accident, and the economy of the

accordingly. I was in charge of making sure that stock was correctly marked and maintained in my shop in
Arundel Village and was in charge of inputting stock, sales and new codes into the PastelAccounting
Software programme. I helped each branch with their window dressing and also assisted with stock rotation
within each branch. I also dealt with customers and suppliers on a daily basis

 I secured temporary employment with Davies Events as an on-site manager at events held by Davies Events. I
really enjoyed event management.
April 2011-June 2011 Solenta Aviation Temp. Reservations Manager
 In this job I was primarily tasked with making direct booking reservations for clients and travel agents.
 I also carried out secretarialduties such as answering the phones and emails, creating invoice, tickets and
receipts.
 I also worked with the Solenta pilots- coordinating various routes, securing other aircrafts,as well as ensuring
accommodation was organised for pilots and passengers if required. I worked productively with other
employees in ensuring that the aeroplanes were not overbooked or overloaded and made sure the clients got
onto their connecting flights.
 Unfortunately, Solenta Aviation closed down in 2012 so I was made redundant.
