Jane Roe - General Background
• Jane has just secured a marketing manager role, following her successful
completion of a three year graduate programme at a large retailer.
• During this time she undertook three year-long placements in, marketing,
sales and store management.
• Jane has two months before she will take on her new role, which will involve
her relocating from Leeds to London to work at the company head office.
• As a reward Jane has booked a two week holiday prior to joining her new
team.
• Jane was regarded as a high performer while on the graduate programme
