Accountable for all daily operations of the grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk departments.
Lead the team in building the store from ground up, with no plan-o-gram to work from. This
in turn, set a new benchmark in merchandising at Goodness Me, and will be used in the
planning and development of new store openings.
Consistently ranked 3rd
in the company for departmental sales, after only four months of
being operational. Sales from the departments under my management account for roughly
40% of total store sales.
Implemented operational standards to improve efficiency and organization. Senior
management has recognized this, and plans are in place to have these procedures used
company wide.
Successfully completed the Life Watchers 10 week course. This course that teaches about
nutrition through real, whole foods with mindfulness in regards to chemicals, pesticides and
GMO’s. It also educates participants on the mechanics of the body, and what it needs to
operate efficiently.
