This document summarizes an experimental study on the microstructure and strength properties of hybrid fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete (SCC). Three SCC mixes were tested: 100% cement, 70% cement with 30% GGBFS, and 70% cement with 30% fly ash. The SCC was designed using the Nan Su method with a water-cement ratio of 0.4. Tests were performed to evaluate fresh properties (slump flow, L-box, U-box, V-funnel) and hardened properties (compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength) at 7 and 28 days. Abstract: Paper Mineral admixtures being the economical alternatives to Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) for various normal and special concretes induce desirable properties to concrete such as higher flow, low heat of hydration, higher strength gain and enhanced durability. Ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBFS) being one of the largely used mineral admixture alongside Fly Ash as supplementary cementitious material in concrete contributes to enhanced durability properties and low heat of hydration. Various replacement percentages of GGBS at 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% are used in binary blended Self compacting concrete(SCC) in the present study. At 40% replacement level, SCC exhibited improved workability, strength and durability properties. Alccofine(Ultrafine GGBS) used in ternary blended SCC enhanced early strength gain without affecting workability of SCC to a significant extent.

To bring the mandatory changes in feed preparation of conventional methods of gas solid reactions the method
of pelletization is introduced. This paper provides the best case of balls which are sustainable to pressure
maintained for gas solid reaction so that desired size and production rate of balls can be achieved. Pelletization
is agglomeration technique which is beneficial with fine powder to improve feed preparation present in the gas
solid reaction. This technique is useful to increase production rate and to reduce the difficulties which occur in
production by mechanical means with heavy mechanical operating devices. Currently many of the chemical
industries are using briquettes for gas solid reaction which consume extra power, cost and time. Hence this can
be substituted by using pelletization and material science technique. Pellets should be improvised alternated feed
preparation for gas solid reaction as manufacturing of pellet consumes less time and power. It has better surface
area and porosity when compared to the briquettes. Few sets of experiments have been done to overcome factors
affecting in pellet making and positive result are observed.

Experimental Study on Utilization of Hybrid Fibers in Self Compacting Concreteijtsrd
Self compacting concrete is a non segregating concrete that is placed by means of its own weight. It is highly flow able concrete that can spread without need of vibration. In this study steel and polypropylene fiber are used as hybrid fiber to enhance the workability of the concrete. In addition to this, CONPLAST SP 430 is used as a chemical admixture which is added to SCC by the volume of 2 of cement. These components like hybrid fiber and super plasticizer are added to the concrete to improve the better strength and durability of SCC. In this study, the various mix proportions of fibers discussed in this study are 0 , 0.25 , 0.5 , 0.75 , 1 , 1.5 determined by preliminary test on self compacted materials. By this desired compositions test for fresh concrete such as slump flow, L box and V funnel, U box, J ring are performed for SCC. It is found that compression and split tensile strength has been improved by the addition of hybrid fibers at 1 respectively. Self compacting concrete for slip form pavingeSAT Journals
Abstract Slip form paving has been extensively used worldwide for construction of pavements. During the process of paving, concrete mix with a slump less than 50 mm is placed in front of a paver. Because of the low consistency of the mix, a great deal of vibration is needed to move entrapped air and compact the concrete. There is a need to overcome problem by designing a concrete that would not require vibration to compact the concrete mix, at the same time stability after extrusion and high flexural strength. Mix design based on the absolute volume concept was adopted to fabricate SFSCC. Volume of paste of 0.38 and water content of 200 kg/m3 was kept constant throughout the study. Cement content was varied from 360 to 425 kg/m3, 3 mixes of SCC with GGBS (SFSCC-S), 3 mixes of SCC with 2% of alccofine replaced by cement (SFSCC-SA) and 3 mixes of SCC with 2% of metakaolin replaced by cement (SFSCC-SM) is reported. The quantity of polypropylene fibers used in all the mixes was 900 gm/m3. Slump, spread, green strength and compaction factor were evaluated for all the 9 mixes. To simulate the practical construction process, a mini paver system was fabricated. The strength parameters compressive and flexural strength of concrete was evaluated at 7 days and 28 days. This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
