I have been working at Dillards at South Towne Mall as a Sales Associate in Mens
Furnishings. I loved my job, my co-workers and most of all the clients. I had no problems
making my sales go and I was up for a 15% raise. I was very happy and excited about this. I
have actual customers who come back looking for me. Sadly, we found out the store is
closing in September so I decided that I would look elsewhere during these summer

for multi market buys and promotions. Manage a monthly budget of 30,000. Including
operating & staffing expenses. This is where I was introduced to the word “Tweens” and now I
have a “Tween” of my own. So I get the product and demographic. I was in charge of
scheduling, executing and producing the weekly Public Affairs Show “Kids Concerns”. I
managed a staff of 17-20 young adults in scheduling and performing at station events, practices
and team building exercises. Developed a high revenue summer event “Disney Days at The
Gallivan Center” to which we were able to make a significant amount of revenue selling in to it
with sponsorships, booths, vendors etc. Manage an account list, work in Counterpoint in
formulating advertising schedules and station buys. Create and present advertising proposals.
I manage the following areas of the station: Client list, buys and promotions, FCC
requirements (Chief Operator), Station Staff, promotional budget, station vehicle, turn-key

LHM Advertising – Assistant Media Buyer

Assist in Media buying for all Larry H Miller companies, and other selected companies. In charge
of, placing buys and trafficking out all radio and TV commercials to media (30-35 buys per
month). I Worked in conjunction with TV and Radio account executives in making sure that
placed buys are ran correctly, and maintained. Manage media buys for Pocatello / Idaho
Market. I worked with account executives in buying for six different dealerships according to a
monthly media plan & budget. I worked with agency creative department with voice over work
and TV production. I was a liaison between Senior Media Buyers, Account Executives, and
production department. I created and provided monthly reports to show managers an outlined
summary of all media expenditures. I ran posts reports on ALL buys to ensure that all placed
media ran in the correct day-parts for the correct amount of money paid out.
