home supply type products and service to include a full sales and service shop
with 5 FT mechanics. We saw growth year after year under my leadership while
keeping costs and labor in line with budgetary constraints. Saw the growth of
many associates becoming managers and leaders along the way. Implemented
and oversaw all budgets and sales targets while working with the home office
leadership to achieve optimal results. Maintained all scheduling for 60+ personnel
at all times. Was multi-faceted in all areas of the sales floor as well as behind the
scenes- taking care of sales, stocking, replenishing, loss prevention and

direction. Oversaw the coaching and development of all management staff,
