Developed mission statement and vision for the lab, created and
implemented a marketing plan including collateral materials which
resulted in a 20% increase in market share within one year. Planned and
hosted quarterly “in-service” training for veterinarians and staffs; designed
invitations, arranged speakers, catering, all logistics for each event.

As sales person for this direct clothing retailer, built a sales team and
encouraged their success. I was in the top 3% of the company for sales,
earning incentives all but one of my 14 seasons. Was selected as one of
