4. Registering a New Account
Go to www.airfreshconnect.com
Click the 'Register' button and fill out the form that pops up.
Note that you will require a Code from your agency in order to register.
5. Logging in
Go to www.airfreshconnect.com
Click the login button
Enter your email address and password and click 'Login'.
6. Overview - Site Layout
All the functions you will use are found in the menu bar at the top of the page :
Note that whenever the system is loading, the logo changes to an animation :
Please be patient and wait whenever you see this animation.
For most things you do, you will receive little popup notifications like this :
If you ever receive an error notification, inform your agency.
7. 1 - Entering your Information
The first thing you should do upon logging in for the first time is to fill out
your details.
Navigate to Edit Personal, Edit Contact and Edit Financial to fill out you
personal, contact and financial information.
It is important to keep this information up to date, especially your email
address - as you will receive notification emails from time to time.
8. 2 - Entering your Unavailability
The next most important thing to enter is you unavailability. This will
ensure you are not selected for shifts you are not available for.
There are two types of unavailability to enter:
Weekly Unavailability - eg. for uni every monday at 12pm
Other Unavailability - eg. for your upcoming holiday to Bali
9. 2 - Weekly Unavailability
Click anywhere on the Week display, and enter an unavailability in the form
that pops up.
Eg. Your weekly dance class :
Saved as :
10. 2 - Other Unavailability
Click on a date in the Month display, and enter an unavailability in the form that
pops up.
Eg. Your 3 day holiday :
Saved as :
11. 3 - Applying for Shifts
To view available shifts, navigate to Available Shifts :
Shifts available to you will show up on a calendar in blue :
To view a shift, click on it.
12. 3 - Applying for Shifts
When you are viewing a shift, you may apply for it by clicking the 'Apply'
button next to the role you wish to apply for ..
.. then selecting a preference from the drop down list in the popup box which
appears.
13. 4 - Confirming Shifts
Once you have applied for a shift you must wait until you are selected or
assigned to it before confirming it if you still want to do it, or requesting
a replacement if you don't. Do this either from the Home screen or the
My Shifts screen.
Eg. From the My Shifts screen - right click on you shift and select
Confirm.
14. 5 - Viewing Your Shifts
You may view your past and future shifts at the My Shifts screen.
Shifts are color coded,
- see the legend underneath
the calendar for an
explanation of the
different colors.
15. 6 - Uploading files to a Shift
Your shift may require you to upload files upon completion, such as a report
document or a number of pictures.
To upload files, the simplest way is to find the shift in your My Shifts screen,
then right clicking on it and selecting Upload File.
You will be brought to the Staff Upload screen, where you can then click
Browse to select files to start the upload.
16. 7 - Managing your Uploads
You may view all files you have uploaded by navigating to the My
Uploads screen.
Files can be renamed, deleted and have comments added and edited by
right clicking on them and selecting from the pop up menu.
17. 8 - Completing a Shift
Once you have finished a shift, please log on to the system and mark it as
Completed by going to your My Shifts screen, right clicking on the particular
shift and selecting 'Mark Completed'.
Only when a shift is marked as Completed are you able to get paid for it,
either by sending an invoice or being paid automatically by your agency, so
do it ASAP!
18. 9 - Creating an Invoice
You may use AirFreshConnect™ to manage all your invoicing.
Navigate to New Invoice to generate an invoice.
Completed shifts will
automatically appear in
your new invoice, but you
are free to edit them, add
expenses or add shifts
manually by choosing an
option and filling out the
appearing form.
19. 10 - Sending an Invoice
Once you have created an invoice, it has only been saved, not sent.
Your agency cannot view your invoice until you send it.
To send an invoice, find it from the My Invoices screen, right click on it
and select Send, or View it first before clicking the Send button.
You may download a PDF copy of your invoice by clicking the
Download button at the bottom of the view screen.
20. 11 - Viewing your Payslips
If your agency pays you automatically, you can view details of that pay at
the My Payslips screen.
Similar to invoices, payslips can be viewed by clicking on their number, and
subsequently downloaded as a PDF by clicking the Download button at
the bottom of the view screen.
Please note that paid invoices will NOT show up in this screen, they will
remain in the My Invoices screen.
