This document summarizes a workshop held in Chisinau, Moldova on April 17th, 2013 to discuss strategies and concepts for culture in Moldova. The workshop included presentations on strategic approaches to cultural sector reforms from studies conducted by the Regional Museum Cooperation in the Balkan Countries and Ukraine project. Panel discussions were also held on Moldova's cultural strategy and international best practices. The workshop aimed to provide a forum for sharing opinions and experiences to help guide Moldova's cultural policy development.
