No Excuses. Here Is Why You Should Try CrossFit.Jason Drewelow
With a new year upon us, many people attempt to get back into fitness as their new year's revolution. Unfortunately, these aspirations to get back in shape eventually peter out. The excuses all tend to be the same. You don’t have enough time. It is not fun. You are not seeing the results. If this sounds familiar, then maybe it time you consider a new approach: CrossFit.
The top performers at their job tend to take a higher-altitude view of their work. They know what they need to get done, but they also know how to make it enjoyable for themselves and those around them. These workers are able to focus on the most critical goals every day and make sure they stay on track, no matter what obstacles they are presented with. I recently came across this article, presenting the best things that top performers do every day.

New partnerships are needed between government departments, sectors, and public-civil organizations to create new cultural spaces in Serbia. Current public-civil partnerships are short-term, informal, lack transparency, exclude cultural organizations, and have insufficient funding. New public-civil-private partnerships could have several benefits, including raising a city's attractiveness by integrating artists and cultural groups, attracting more visitors, developing a city's image, giving communities accessible cultural spaces, treating culture as a public good, increasing cultural and social capital, and fostering a sense of community.

Context and objectives:
Thethreebrownfieldsandpublicopenspaces,wherethewhorkshops happens,are
alternatives fields. These particular places will allow us to be confronted with
these experiences of space appropriation, particularly inspired by their artistic
approach. The video project main objective is to make the youth develop their own
experienceofspacesappropriation.Connectedtothemodelingprojectwhichislead
by leader of croatian team , the video project is based on a sensitive approach and
on interviews. The project wants to get the feeling of how users of this area think
abouttheirownspace(Differentapproachcouldbeinvestigated:artistic,architec-
tural, environmental, and governance) and to show how the youth can have their
own approach of these area.

• Katy Brown
Context and objectives:
Trough artistic approach, youngsters will discover different places in the city
centre, they will mark the spaces that they “feel”-sensitory mapping. Trough
creativethinkingyoungsterswilldevelopemodels/activitiesthatcouldbeidealfor
Zagreb. Their Creative model will be incorporated and presented in 3d model.
Team leaders:Croatia
• Ivana Golub
• Filip Cicek
Context and objectives:
There are two ways to percept and create urban space: first one is social and
artistic way and second is spatial analysis (arhitecture, urban scheme, green
spaces). When we unite results of bouth approaches then we can start creating
reconstruction and revitalisation of city blocks (threw different activities and
design) - and all from the youngsters point of view in 3d city model/we create
art-green-urban trail.
