why or if increased levels of fertilizer impair aquatic ecosystems. Therefore we
conducted research to find the correlation with increased levels of fertilizer and algae
production. To conduct our research we obtained three samples from Dolese Pond,
and within two of these samples fertilizer was added. After the fertilizer was added,
measurements of dissolved oxygen, within each sample, were then taken over a
course of four weeks. Our results offered that within the initial measurements the
control held the least amount of dissolved oxygen while the sample with the added
10 mL of fertilizer yielded the highest amounts of dissolved oxygen. Dissolved
oxygen concentrations need to be maintained within bodies of water due to the fact
that this oxygen is needed to support life while preserving the health for the overall
aquatic environment (Bailey and Ahmadi 2014).

Throughout William Shakespeare s tragedy Macbeth, the characters of Macbeth and
Lady Macbeth develop profoundly differently over the course of the play. Macbeth s
character transforms from a noble hero to an ambitious, blood thirsty murderer. When
Macbeth is on the battlefield, he is heroic and brave by defeating the traitors of
King Duncan and the Norwegian Army, and he is crowned as Thane of Cawdor.
Later in the play, Macbeth cold heartedly murders his King, a woman and her
children, and his own beloved friend. This illustrates Macbeth s drastic
transformation from a hero to a murderer. On the contrary, Lady Macbeth changes
from a manipulative, ruthless wife, and an accomplice to murder, into a guilt ridden,

According to the Freytag s pyramid, a story must contain five parts: exposition,
rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution. All throughout my life I ve
held these as irrevocable characteristics of a story; more in particular, that all
stories must have a resolution. However, reading Tim O Brian s How to Tell a
True War Story has challenged this notion. O Brian argues that a true story a war
story, in particular doesn t necessarily have a satisfying resolution or a moral. War
is too complex to render in simple terms; a true war story is neither about bravery
nor heroism. Thus, based on these criteria, I d argue that Lord AlfredTennyson s
piece, The Charge of the Light Brigade, is not a true war story. First of all, I d like to
make it clear: by stating that this piece is not a true war story I do not intend to
undermine the poem or the author, nor mislabel them as chauvinistic. The Charge of
