plan base on development needs identification (Training Roadmap based on core

• Conduct and coordinate with consulting firm to launch employee engagement
survey and make sure efficient & effective.
• Analyze overall employee engagement results to recommend how to enhance
to achieve Corporate target.
• Be an advisor for BU to interpret and find out root causes of engagement results
and set up action plans.
• Conduct and coordinate with BU to ensure action plans be taken as target
including following up the enhancement status as planned.
