 Accomplishing daily reports (SPL, Daily Cashiers Report, Daily Accountability Summary, Chicken
Production Chart, Countables, Spoilages)
 Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, food control
 Requires and checks food sanitation and safety procedures in handling kitchen equipment
 Contributes ideas for our in store marketing (Local Store Marketing)
 Finds possible clients for our bulk orders
 Handle complaints and inquiries of the guests
