JOB DECRIPTION
Ensure that the restaurant service attitude, restaurant ambience standard, telephone
handling are met.
• Prepare tables for meal, including setting up items such as linens, silverwares, and
glassware.
• Food of the highest quality should be served to all guests.
• Escort client to their tables.
• Present menu to client and answer questions about menu items, making
recommendation
upon request.
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking
methods if necessary.
• Write client’s food orders on order slips, memorized orders, and enter order into
computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Serve the food in the order of soups, salad, appetizers and main course and serve
dishes on time as requested by the guest.
• Check with customer s to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to
