These are some of activities during the project; inspection and review of material certificates, checking out the outstanding punches of
the Firewater pump packages KAOMBO North and South (N/S11UV0110C) with respect to Final inspection/preservation, Dimensional &
Painting DFT Check packing and marking and ensure the Welding pads for OCU N11UZ0110-C that was missing, were added on the units
and punch list closed.

Work Experience
Worked on LRP - Lower Riser Package; MCP - Mechanical Complete Package and EDP - Emergency Disconnect Package. To deliver on the
methods, ROV, construction vessels, FPSO moorings and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Procedures of the project to guarantee a safe fit-
for-purpose solution that meets project budget and schedule. Including but not limited to:
Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders: Attend client quality management meetings:
The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Coordinate Measuring Machine inspection and programing. Romer Articulating arm, preferred, read and interpret engineering
drawings, bill of materials, quality plans, and other documents as needed.
 Generating work packs and reviewing inspection reports to ensure compliance to the relevant specifications, ensuring agreed
procedure, standards, and plans are implemented.
 Inspect products using gauges, scales, calipers, hardness testing equipment, oscilloscope and visual inspection prior to
shipment. Input information into spreadsheets for data collection.
 Undertaking Level 1 Fitness for Service Assessments, Risk Based Inspection Reviews, Riser inspection, dealing with Welding and
QA/QC issues relating to inspection and integrity activities on various assets.
 Inspecting the fitting of Subsea & Topside end terminations, factory acceptance and integration testing of completed Umbilical

 The MH Hydraulic Roughneck models inspections are to ensure standard functionality of the equipment performance, quality
and reliability.
 The equipment inspection also cover thorough check on the designed to spin in/make up and break out/spin out drill pipe and
drill in a pre-defined sequence when equipped with automatic controls.
 Ensure the equipment testing is 100% functional as designed FEED (Front End Engineering Design), all necessary documentation

 The trolley travel - Drive the trolley pinion in both directions. Check signal from the pulse encoder. The Trolley slew - Drive
trolley slew in both directions, CW = Clockwise, CCW = Counter clockwise, Check signal from the pulse-encoder.
 The Stand lift cylinder - Drive the standlift cylinder with vertical trolley in both directions. Check signal from the length
transmitter. Check signal from load cell.
 The Gripper Head 3 ½” – 13 5/8” - (FAT gripper head reviewed) Open and close the roller and gripper function. Check for proper
engagement disengagement to vertical trolley. Check the hanger bracket device, tilt function.
2.) F5588 Racking Guide Arm. (FAT test)
 The Telescope slew 0 – 190 - (CW = Clock Wise, CCW = Counter Clock Wise) Slew the telescope 0°-95° CW. Start point 0° is
looking towards well centre. Slew the telescope 0°-95° CCW. Start point 0° looking towards well centre.
 The Telescope tilt function - Extend the cylinder from the inner position to its outer position. Retract the cylinder to its inner
position. The Trolley travel - Drive the trolley in both directions.
 The Gripper head tilt function - Extend the cylinder from the inner position to its outer position. Retract the cylinder to its inner
position. Check the slave function. ETC
 To deliver on the methods and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Procedures of the project in order to guarantee a safe fit- for-
purpose solution that meets project budget and schedule. Including but not limited to:
 Tendering proposer - Hydraulic Roughneck - Method statement - Project procedures.

 De-commissioning (de-oiling and de-gassing); Rigid spools testing; Flowline and pipeline Cleaning, Gauging, Hydrotesting, High
velocity flushing, Dewatering, Drying, Nitrogen purging, Gelling; Static and dynamic Umbilical monitoring and testing.
 Commissioning and preservation; Pressurization for rock dumping; Pigs design, trial testing and selection; Multidimeter
pipelines pigging i.e. wheel pigs development; Welding pigs design; Radioactive pig tracking; Flexibles riser filling, testing,
commissioning and de-commissioning.
 Pipeline intelligent inspection: Calliper, MFL and UT survey; Back seal testing of flanged connections and riser hang off; Chemical
treatment and chemicals selection; Subsea structures preservation (Manifolds, PLEM, PLET); ROV tolling for valve operations.
 Hot stabs; Bolt Tensioning; Testing & Commissioning philosophy development; Preparation of tenders including preparation of
method statements, equipment lists and pricing; HAZOP, HIRA and Design review assessments; MDR and planning support
(scheduling).
 Oversee the Work package Mechanical Completions (MC) inspectors. Plan for, acquire and supply team with necessary
resources as needed, creating and build cohesive teamwork.
 Work closely with work package MC Coordinators and Inspectors as well as the Project QS Coordinator and the project,
represented by Work Package Managers in all disciplines.
 Responsible for coordination of MC at Subsea project sites, follow Project Engineer Manager (PEM) for project management
and execution.
 Ensure that MCCRs (both in-house and external) are linked to relevant materials in SAP and that project MCCR requirements
are reflected in the SDRLs. Ensure that WP MC Coordinators register and maintain the MC scope.
