5.  Routine Area Surveillance of Instrument construction activities
 Updating day to day Inspection test and area surveillance report to QA/QC head
 Report on daily inspection and testing activities and issuing non-conformance report
when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
 Responsible for preparing the ITR Inspection Test Report, submitting the ITR to
Certification department for record keeping and system closing, updating and
maintaining QC documentation
 Coordination with main contractor’s and Consultant on all aspects of site inspections
 Assist to Established field inspection and testing procedures for E & I works with site
engineers
 Responsible for receiving the RFI (Request for Inspection) raise by construction
engineer/supervisor after completion their job, carrying out individual and group
inspection with CMC and Company.
 Witnessing the calibration of Instrument at site calibration workshop and field visual
inspection of instrument for which calibration can’t be carried out
 Assuring the latest calibration certificate and good condition are being maintained for
all IMTE (Inspection, measuring, test equipment) are to be used during inspection
and test
 Assists in the preparation, review and updating of companies Quality Control Manual
 Support to prepare project technical query report, prepare the (DR) damage report
(CAR) corrective action report and submitting it to responsible person for proposal
and corrective action
 Referring the international standards NACE, ASTM, IEC, ANSI, NEC, NEMA, AFPI,
BS etc., as per requirement.
 Conversant with engineering drawing such as P & ID, Hook-up, ILD, termination
