This document describes an experiment on egg osmosis. The purpose is to observe osmosis in eggs by placing one egg in water and another in corn syrup, then measuring changes in weight and size. The hypothesis is that the corn syrup egg will get lighter and smaller as water moves out of the egg into the higher concentrated corn syrup, while the water egg may get heavier and larger as water moves into the lower concentrated egg. After 24 hours, observations showed the corn syrup egg deflated and got smaller, while the water egg got heavier and larger, supporting the hypotheses.
