GCT: SKATE PARK FIELD
TRIP LOOKING FOR LINES
In this picture I
tried to capture
the squiggly
line at the
bottom of the
stairs to show
that not all
lines are
straight at the
skate park.
This is a
picture I had
edited in Aviary
using splash. I
wanted the
color of their
clothes really
pop out of the
scene.
I also edited
this in Aviary. I
wanted Katie
and her
sweater to be
in focus and
the lines in the
big hole of the
skate park to
be blurry, but
still visible.
As you can see,
I really like it
when the
people and
clothes pop out
of the picture.
But I also tried
to capture the
shape of the
skate park. I
really like how
the scratches
all over the
side are still
visible in the
picture.
In this picture I
tried to show
the line that
goes across the
picture and
into the big
hole.
In this picture I
tried to take a
picture of
Bethel through
a trashcan.
For this one, I
used Mr.
Harbeck’s arm
as a frame to
capture a part
of the big hold
in the skate
park and the
lines on the
building in the
distance.
I used the tree
as sort of a
frame in this
picture. In the
distance I tried
to capture the
side of the
skate park.
In this picture I
tried to capture
my friend’s
movements in
the big hole of
the skate park.
You can also
see the lines
on the ground.
For this
picture, I was
trying to
capture Perry’s
movements as
he was rolling
down. You can
also see the
stairs in the
backround.
