Duties: I served as a professional secretary to three directors in various areas of
Special Education and Pupil Appraisal Services. I entered and scanned data as well
as recorded information into a statewide database pertaining to a student’s abilities
and exceptionalities. I made arrangements and preparations for conferences for
bosses and co-workers as instructed. I organized and maintained confidential files
pertaining to travel expenses, budget, purchases, and contract information for the
Special Education/Pupil Appraisal departments. I met with our budget department
on various occasions in order to discuss and set up funding for annual contract

agencies and sorting them as directed, as well as sending some processed contracts to
various state agencies. Processing projected budget spreadsheets upon annual request
for fleet management as requested from our budget division. I maintained paper
orders (for several floors in our building) as well as toner and office supply orders
for our division through either online ordering or issuing purchase orders.

HOBBIES: I am a 12 year (and plus) student of the art of dance. As a hobby, I assemble,
address, and send invitations for various weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, gala
events, graduations and more. In doing so, I have learned a lot about wedding and
invitation etiquette; therefore I have been asked for advice and references by clients.
I also love to cook and try new recipes (as well as collect them).
