January 1981 to December 1988. Creative Dental Ceramics Inc. Employed as a
Receptionist/Dental Technician in a dental lab. My primary job duties were to make restorations
for the mouth, also some front office tasks such as answer phones, schedule appointments, file,
organize office supplies, photo copy, keep inventory of dental supplies, ship cases to Doctors and
outside laboratory’s.
December 1988 to July 1995. Gilner International Travels Inc. Employed as Receptionist and
General office Assistant. My duties were to answer and direct calls, file tickets, invoices,
reservation confirmations, order office supplies, keep inventory of office supplies and ticket
stock, fax, photo copy, make bank deposits, data entry, use credit card terminal, make vehicle
and hotel reservations, set up deliveries of documents via messenger, UPS, and Federal Exp.
October 1995 to July 1996, Martins Travel & Tours. Employed as a Receptionist. My duties
were to answer and direct calls, fax, photo copy, light typing, set up deliveries of travel
documents, file and sort invoices.
July 1996 to February 1997. Stayed home to care for my child.
March 1997 to May 1998. National Research Group. Inc. Employed as a Telephone Interviewer.
Conduct movie studies (surveys) in cities within the United States.

documents, set up new files, assemble tax documents, data entry, type correspondence (from
rough draft) for the Director and schedule his appointments, make daily bank deposits, file
invoices, fax photo copy, set up deliveries of documents, via UPS, Federal Express, and by
Courier, and some accounts payable.
February 2001 to March 2001. Dr. Claudia Sterling M.D. Employed as a data entry clerk. My
duties were to enter data, type and edit letters from draft. This was a tempory position.
April 2001 to September 2014. WKWS a Medical Corporation. Employed as a File Clerk. My
duties are, file charts, all paper work, fax, and photocopy, meter the mail, assemble medical
reports for workers compensation and private patients, prepare charts for appointments, print lab
work, print schedules, keep inventory of office supplies and postage meter supplies, room
patients and take the vital signs. I worked for four Physicians and have been the only file clerk
for thirteen years.
