This document provides information about an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program offered through Columbia Greene Workforce New York. The OJT program is designed to help job seekers gain employment in occupations for which they are not yet fully qualified by providing on-the-job paid training. The program benefits both employers, who can train motivated workers, and trainees, who can further their skills and obtain jobs.
