National Unified USSD Platform (NUUP) allows mobile banking through the *99# short code. To activate mobile banking, a user needs a bank account and mobile phone on the GSM network. Users can make payments up to Rs. 5000 per day and register by linking their mobile number to their bank account at a branch, ATM, or online. During registration, users will receive a Mobile Money Identifier and Mobile PIN for accessing services.
