South Africa and Tanzania. The Survey in Nigeria demonstrates that a significant portion of Nigerians (71%) do not use the Internet while 36 percent do not have mobile phones.
Among the surveyed countries, Nigeria ranks second in Internet penetration, behind South Africa, though the penetration level in Nigeria is still low at 29 percent, not much more than half that of South Africa.
The main barriers to Internet use in Nigeria are affordability, web literacy and a lack of access devices such as smartphones and computers. The Survey also demonstrates, as it did with voice services, that the mobile phone plays a significant role in enabling access to the Internet at household and individual levels. Among the individuals who reported having used the Internet, 89 percent claimed to use smartphones. Nonetheless, the high prices of both devices and services constraints uptake by non-users as well as the extent of use by users, hence the need to develop policies and regulations that increase the affordability of access to smart devices and services for low-income earners.

Artinya, para ilmuwan dengan fokus kajian keilmuwan yang sama dan
berkumpul serta saling berhubungan satu sama lain, secara tidak langsung
akan disebut sebagai Invisible college.

There are very few discussions on instructional communication analysis or known as education communication focusing on anti-corruption and local wisdom. Instructional communication may become preventive solution to prevent corruption. The study discusses local wisdom-based anti-corruption instructional communication. Local wisdom becomes the focus of the study since culture acts as facilitator for internalization of anti-corruption principles. Malang is selected as the setting as the study due to its “arek” tradition. “Arek” tradition is transparent, straightforward and assertive; these are relevant to the principles of anti-corruption. The objective of the study was to identify local wisdom in anti-corruption education. The study was explorative qualitative and the method was focus group discussion. The subjects were teachers in SDN 2 Dinoyo Malang, SD Sang Timur Malang, and SD Insan Amanah Malang. These three elementary schools were selected as the setting because they have different religious orientation. The basis for selecting these schools was to describe different integration of the local wisdom and religious orientation each of the schools have. The findings stated that local wisdom had yet been utilized to facilitate the anticorruption education. Local wisdom was considered as government education embedded in the school activities. Some schools applied the program as a whole while some others were selective towards the program. Based on the findings, anti-corruption principles were embedded through religious and moral values that worked in the society.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Mobile SWOT Category Strengths ■ Fast-growing mobile sector due to the emergence of greater competition. ■ Presence of key strategic investors including Singapore Telecommunications, Axiata of Malaysia, Hong Kong's Hutchison and Saudi Telecom. ■ Growth in the 3G sector starting to gain momentum as operators step up efforts. Weaknesses ■ Security, regulatory weakness and corruption issues still make Indonesia a risky investment climate. ■ Limited mobile spectrum due to overcrowding in the sector, following the government decision to open the market to greater competition. ■ Mobile broadband spectrum fees remain high for operators, reducing implementation and variety of tariffs. ■ Operators struggling with raised costs after the government forced companies to charge a fee based on costs rather than share part of their revenue. ■ 4G services unlikely to be available until 2014.

Mobile SWOT Opportunities ■ Low percentage of postpaid subscription. ■ Popularity of mobile value-added/data services offers potential to international content providers. ■ Growth of 3G telephony will lead to investment opportunities for content providers and distributors. ■ Removal of inactive subscribers will free up network capacity, while operators focusing on value customers should help shore up falling ARPUs. ■ A relatively young population should be receptive to newer technologies and VAS. ■ XL's acquisition of Axis could pave the way for further consolidationin the overcrowded Indonesia market. Threats ■ Government registration scheme did lead to short-term fall in fixed-wireless and mobile users as non-registrants are deactivated. ■ Market consolidation required due to the overwhelming number of service providers. ■ Dominance of prepaid market leading to falling ARPU rates. ■ Mobile operators could put too much emphasis on 3G mobile network expansion when consumer demand is unproven, at the expense of 2G growth.
