In this paper I will be primarily focusing on why I think understanding ones potential is an essential
aspect through a discussion of my personal experience. The experience that I will be sharing in this
paper is during my internship with Blackberry and these memories are very close to my heart and I

Truly, this was the time I was saying to myself No matter how difficult the situation is I trust my
ability and my integrity towards my work and I know I can do it. These words weren t out of pride
that only I can do and no one else could but out of honor to that dedication. After that I got assigned to
different projects and everything worked out well.
During my last couple of days in BlackBerry, I was filled with diverse feelings because after being
here for a year and having a worthy relation with the work and team mates, certainly not an easy task
to get over it. Whatever I have been doing until now will be vanished in a glimpse of time but this
doesn t make me feel low but it reassure myself that this was not the end but a beginning of my
successful career. After studying Information Technology for about seven years and experiencing
variations with work and study, definitely sets my expectations beyond my goal, and I was thoroughly
determined about what I have achieved throughout this time and where I will be going from here.

difference today, from now I know what my dexterities are and where they should be used.

Habitat can be considered as the optimal location where any one species can live, reproduce, and grow
in an ecological time scale (Kellner et al. 1992). As the climatic conditions of the world are changing
at a rapid pace, it is important to understand how species will adapt with the weather and learn to
adjust their way of living. Understanding how a species survives in different climatic regions is very
important for the future management of the species population and habitat. With this knowledge an
individual could more efficiently manage their habitat to make it more suitable for the species to live

Many people believe that support for sports subsidies relies on fan support. John Oliver, Dennis
Coates and her companion Brad R. Humphreys present several viewpoints regarding the stadium s
arising arguments and questions. In his parody video Last Week Tonight, John Oliver attacks stadium
subsidies, the process by which local and state governments give hundreds of millions of dollars in
taxpayer money to fund stadiums for professional sports teams. The article Do Economists Reach a
Conclusion on Subsidies for Sports Franchises, Stadiums and Mega Events? claims that we should not
support sports subsidies because of the consensus______. Oliver speaks to a broad audience while
Coates and Humphreys appeal to a specific audience, consisting primarily of economists. When
considering both Oliver s and Coates Humphrey s texts, it is evident that the genre of the text had the
greatest impact on the choice of the organization.

What Stomp At The Fox Theatre Downtown St. Louis
I went to see STOMP at the Fox Theatre in downtown St. Louis. Sometimes called the Fabulous Fox,
it was once a movie theatre, but it is now a performing arts center with a proscenium stage
environment that boasts the most ornate and profoundly beautiful decorations that I ve ever seen in a
theatre. Sitting down in my seat in the center of the house, on the floor, I was unsure of what I was
about to see. I was glad I didn t really have any preconceived ideas about what was going to take place
because STOMP was very different from what one usually expects when going to the theatre or a
dance concert. A blend of mime, dance, theatricality, and music performance, this the show was
definitely high energy and unique. During many of the pieces, the performers would use everyday
objects, both as props and as a way to make music. The very first piece of the show was danced by the
entire company of STOMP. The dancers were armed with brooms and wearing street clothes that
resembled what someone might be wearing on the streets of Harlem. Energetic and explosive in
nature, the piece started out with a lone dancer sweeping the stage. He swept the stage just like
