My product is a game, and it is about like a adventures, they are on an adventure, and they are
looking for treasure in a castle and there are enemies that are trying to stop them, and they have
weapons like spikes and other things, and they have to collect food and water along the way, and
they have five lives.
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If

Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
My audience will be 7-18 boys it will be for the middle class because they will have to pay a bit of
money to play my psychographic would-be Emulators because it will all be my own work not
copied
My secondary audience will be 7-18 girls it would be for the middle class because they would have
to pay a bit of money and my psychographics would be emulators because it will be all my own
work and not copied.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? It won’t include offensive material because my
game will be available for everyone to play.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? No, I won’t be restricting younger people from
using it because it will be made suitable for everyone to play
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No because it won’t have anything religious in
it, so they won’t get offended
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will ensure it won’t offend anyone because it
won’t have a lot of talking in it and it won’t be that bad because it will be made of kids.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No because it will be all my own
work and nobody else’s
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? Yes, it will be different because it is all my own work and I have looked at other
game so I can make it different from them
