• The centre requires more vibrancy and activation, particularly after-hours and on weekends
• Generally good support for high-density, mixed use (but should contribute to public realm)

• Residential development close to bus stops,
including sections along Athllon Drive.

Key strategies include:
• Increased building heights in some parts of the
centre to encourage mixed-use development
• ‘Marker buildings’ at key locations
• Allowing for an additional second supermarket in

hub close to Athllon Drive

connections
• Improvements to the public domain
• Management of parking to maintain the centre’s
