PRESENT STATE OF PRIMARY EDUCATION IN INDIA
 At present ,primary education in our country is so
poor.
 Lots of cheatings ,lots of wrong activities are going on
now.
 It destroys the development of our country
 We can solve this and make development in primary
education by following the steps below.
IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED
 The teachers who were presently working in
government schools were not fully qualified.
 The newly learned teachers who were young can be
encouraged in teaching in government schools. It
makes the primary education to be in peak level.
 A test should be conducted for all the teachers who
were currently working as teachers and only qualified
staffs should be given job as teaching.
IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED
 The private schools are already actively participating in
the development of primary education.
 The government should install smart board systems
in schools with wifi facility .
 The strength of each class should be maximum of 25
students.
 LKG AND UKG should be encouraged in government
schools so that more knowledge can be gained.
TO OVERCOME PROBLEMS IN IMPLEMENTATION OF
THE TECHNIQUE
 The implementation of this technique force the
unqualified teachers to strike.
 So that the unqualified teachers can be given job with
same salary as supervising staffs, senior staffs, question
paper setter, administrative officer of the school, make
them head of all the functions happening in every
school.
 They can be given job as checking staffs so that they
can check whether the staffs are working properly or
not.
CHEATINGS IN PRIMARY EDUCATION
 The teachers who were presently working doing many
cheatings.
 They want to show full results ,so that questions are
written on one side of the board and answers are
written on another side. So that all can copy.
 Even the teachers wrote the answer also they wont
write the answers.
 For them the teachers themselves writing the answers
and make them pass to the next standard.
TO OVERCOME CHEATINGS IN PRIMARY EDUCATION
 Each and every test conducted should be like public
exam. Flying squads should be used for each
examination .
 Monthly test should be conducted so that the students
can learn more than the present.
 Each students should be trained with computer
systems. All the basic things needed should be taught
to the students.
NEW TECHNIQUES SHOULD BE IMPLEMNTED
 ENGLISH,HINDI should be compulsory to the
students from primary education.
 Computer science and quiz and general knowledge
and environment management and english training
classes should be encouraged.
 A separate class for the extra curricular activities such
as sports, extra talents should be encouraged from
primary schools.
CONCLUSION:
 More ideas are still with us like implementing foreign
languages like french , german in primary education.
 We have more innovative ideas for the improvement in
primary education which we can explain deeply in
further presentation in this MANTHAN competition.

  • 8. TO OVERCOME CHEATINGS IN PRIMARY EDUCATION  Each and every test conducted should be like public exam. Flying squads should be used for each examination .  Monthly test should be conducted so that the students can learn more than the present.  Each students should be trained with computer systems. All the basic things needed should be taught to the students.

NEW TECHNIQUES SHOULD BE IMPLEMNTED  ENGLISH,HINDI should be compulsory to the students from primary education.  Computer science and quiz and general knowledge and environment management and english training classes should be encouraged.  A separate class for the extra curricular activities such as sports, extra talents should be encouraged from primary schools.
  • 10. CONCLUSION:  More ideas are still with us like implementing foreign languages like french , german in primary education.  We have more innovative ideas for the improvement in primary education which we can explain deeply in further presentation in this MANTHAN competition.
