 A survey of govt. male and female teachers, “ ‫پڑھا‬ ‫تو‬ ‫کیا‬ ‫دل‬
‫گا۔۔۔‬ ‫رہے‬ ‫پڑھاتا‬ ‫وہ‬ ‫کردو‬ ‫کھڑا‬ ‫بچہ‬ ‫ایک‬ ‫تو‬ ‫نہیں‬ ،‫”لو‬
 Its means that teachers are not performing duty as they
were good in private school.
 Another survey is being judged, the weakness of ill
working of teachers is the poor performance of
management.

Change #1: Solution
 In all govt. school should change the pre and primary
staff from male to female…. Because females have ability
to teach at lower level politely and convey properly.
 The second change is enforced an experienced, strict,
well personality, sincere and punctual principal on
contract basis.
 Minimum 3 workshops introduced by govt. every year in
which minimum 2 workshops (test based) clear by the
teacher. if not salary will be deducted every month and if
performance still remained two years, that teacher will
not be continued third year.

Change#2:
Passing Marks, art work, Quran period, game period, pre-section tool kit
 In Govt. school passing marks should be 50%
 Art work and calligraphy teacher should be must
 Game period and Quran period should be compulsory
 Out door and indoor activities should be introduced.
 Lesson planning will be on portal based
 Student portal should be online (in which parents sitting at home
seeing result or behavior of their kids )
 For pre-section a separate school portion should be allotted, where
students of higher classes should be banned.
 Class room will be well decorated and pre section kit should be
allotted
 Pre section, primary section and higher section head should be
appointed after training.
 Overall, a strict and graceful principal make changes in this type of
school.

Change#3:
Student bunk their classes at college level.
 Firstly, principal should be change
 It is very surprised that govt. lecturers are teaching in private
sector preferably but their work in govt. colleges at below zero
grade. Because of poor management and principal control.
 Every student will be rusticated from the college, if he makes
more then two holidays in a month. Emergency and
accidental holidays will be allowed
 The major problem of the govt. colleges is relaxation to the
students by means of holiday, practical marks, cheating help
etc. the main focus on these criteria will be obliged.
 Lecturer teaching workshop should be two in every year, and
they have to pass both of these.

Change#4: Curriculum
 The Govt. school or colleges mostly curriculum
should be changed with compare to international
syllabus from class Play group to 10 and after that
optional books.
 Conceptual based curriculum and international
based lesson planning will help to make it better.
 Curriculum should be compared with oxford and
Cambridge curriculum.
 The most important is to provide a best teaching
faculty for that.

Change#5: Interview
For changing the education system, we will change the
criteria to promote a student from previous to next
class.
 From metric to onwards, an interview is necessary to
promote next class, and a department of STUDENT
PROMOTE MANAGEMENT (SPM) is need to build
and that is responsible for student behavior in
educational fields.
 From higher classes HEC should involve for SPM
department

Change#6: Negotiable Salary
 It is not mandatory to follow the fixed salary rules
and regulations.
 Govt. should offer international professionals for
development of education sector in Pakistan.
According to work salary may be 1 million or more
then million.
 70% Pakistanis make come back our country with
these essentials. But make negotiable only for those
who are working least five years in abroad.

Change#7 Direct employment
 In Pakistan there is a department of direct
employment, in which competent people appears to
show their Practical abilities.
 Because it is easy to solve most of the problems by
direct evaluation
 Sometimes degree holders have no sense of work,
but direct appointment will help to work.

Change#8 Appointment
 At colleges and university level, practical work has
no particular essence. For better Pakistan, practical
should be 70% and 30% theory.
 After completing course, qualifying degree interview
and after that his/her rank of ability should be
forward to govt.
 It is easy for govt. to select a pure ability of work.

International Change
 There is a world largest Islamic University in
Pakistan, in which students come from whole of the
world for studying.
 More then 100 departments, more than 1000
Ulmay-e-Din and capacity of half million of students
at time.
 It is real service of ISLAM by a Pure Islamic
University (PIU)

Change#1: Why people choose private at Pre and Primary level?  Because they think private schools make a best conceptual base of their kid…. • SOLUTION  A survey of govt. male and female teachers, “ ‫پڑھا‬ ‫تو‬ ‫کیا‬ ‫دل‬ ‫گا۔۔۔‬ ‫رہے‬ ‫پڑھاتا‬ ‫وہ‬ ‫کردو‬ ‫کھڑا‬ ‫بچہ‬ ‫ایک‬ ‫تو‬ ‫نہیں‬ ،‫”لو‬  Its means that teachers are not performing duty as they were good in private school.  Another survey is being judged, the weakness of ill working of teachers is the poor performance of management.   • 3. Change #1: Solution  In all govt. school should change the pre and primary staff from male to female…. Because females have ability to teach at lower level politely and convey properly.  The second change is enforced an experienced, strict, well personality, sincere and punctual principal on contract basis.  Minimum 3 workshops introduced by govt. every year in which minimum 2 workshops (test based) clear by the teacher. if not salary will be deducted every month and if performance still remained two years, that teacher will not be continued third year. Change#2: Passing Marks, art work, Quran period, game period, pre-section tool kit  In Govt. school passing marks should be 50%  Art work and calligraphy teacher should be must  Game period and Quran period should be compulsory  Out door and indoor activities should be introduced.  Lesson planning will be on portal based  Student portal should be online (in which parents sitting at home seeing result or behavior of their kids )  For pre-section a separate school portion should be allotted, where students of higher classes should be banned.  Class room will be well decorated and pre section kit should be allotted  Pre section, primary section and higher section head should be appointed after training.  Overall, a strict and graceful principal make changes in this type of school. Change#3: Student bunk their classes at college level.  Firstly, principal should be change  It is very surprised that govt. lecturers are teaching in private sector preferably but their work in govt. colleges at below zero grade. Because of poor management and principal control.  Every student will be rusticated from the college, if he makes more then two holidays in a month. Emergency and accidental holidays will be allowed  The major problem of the govt. colleges is relaxation to the students by means of holiday, practical marks, cheating help etc. the main focus on these criteria will be obliged.  Lecturer teaching workshop should be two in every year, and they have to pass both of these. Change#4: Curriculum  The Govt. school or colleges mostly curriculum should be changed with compare to international syllabus from class Play group to 10 and after that optional books.  Conceptual based curriculum and international based lesson planning will help to make it better.  Curriculum should be compared with oxford and Cambridge curriculum.  The most important is to provide a best teaching faculty for that. Change#5: Interview For changing the education system, we will change the criteria to promote a student from previous to next class.  From metric to onwards, an interview is necessary to promote next class, and a department of STUDENT PROMOTE MANAGEMENT (SPM) is need to build and that is responsible for student behavior in educational fields.  From higher classes HEC should involve for SPM department Shaikh Waqas Ahmed Behzad

Change#6: Negotiable Salary  It is not mandatory to follow the fixed salary rules and regulations.  Govt. should offer international professionals for development of education sector in Pakistan. According to work salary may be 1 million or more then million.  70% Pakistanis make come back our country with these essentials. Change#7 Direct employment  In Pakistan there is a department of direct employment, in which competent people appears to show their Practical abilities.  Because it is easy to solve most of the problems by direct evaluation  Sometimes degree holders have no sense of work, but direct appointment will help to work.   • 10. Change#8 Appointment  At colleges and university level, practical work has no particular essence. For better Pakistan, practical should be 70% and 30% theory.  After completing course, qualifying degree interview and after that his/her rank of ability should be forward to govt.  It is easy for govt. to select a pure ability of work.
