Students’ Feedback Protocol <4> <ul><li>Students’ evaluation of their Teachers is an effective tool for getting useful feedback on the teaching quality. </li></ul><ul><li>Students from Grade VI upwards fill a well designed & easy-to-fill Feedback Form covering all the aspects of a teachers’ classroom teaching. </li></ul><ul><li>Students are briefed beforehand in detail regarding the purpose & modus-operandi of this exercise. </li></ul><ul><li>Students are not allowed to write their name anywhere. </li></ul>

DATA INTERPRETATION & DIAGNOSIS <5> <ul><li>Each parameter in the Feedback Form is quantified. </li></ul><ul><li>All the scores are entered in the Teacher Data Sheet. </li></ul><ul><li>All the data is collated through number crunching. </li></ul><ul><li>Data-picture so obtained is interpreted in r/o each teacher. </li></ul><ul><li>A comprehensive Quality Report on strengths & weaknesses of each teacher is prepared. </li></ul><ul><li>An overall Teaching Quality Report of the Institution is also prepared with suggestions for improvement. </li></ul>

COUNSELING OF INSTRUCTORS <3> <ul><li>Quality Report of each instructor is explained & discussed with the instructor individually. </li></ul><ul><li>Each instructor is made aware of his/her strengths & weaknesses. </li></ul><ul><li>Instructors are individually advised on ways to overcome their weaknesses. </li></ul>
