“ASSIGNMENT OF 2-TEACHING LOADS FOR DISTRICT COORDINATORS”
To: Josefina S. Ajijul, School Caretaker of Panglima Mammah ES
Nur-aisha A. Gonzales, Principal I of Kasambuhan Village ES
District Liaison Officer/District PESS Coordinator &
District Property Custodian/District ICT Coordinator
1. In compliance with the advice of the Division Panel during the conduct of Defense for
the Tentative Assignment List of Personnel 2016, the school heads of Panglima Mammah ES
and Kasambuhan Village ES are hereby advised to include the following district coordinators
in the School Master Class Program or Teacher’s Daily Class Program where day-to-day
learning areas are scheduled from Monday to Friday.
a) Jahaddi J. Taulani, District Liaison Officer/District PESS Coordinator
b) Naser L. Assil, District Property Custodian/District ICT Coordinator
c) Sharifa Mharrojeane A. Alih, District ICT Coordinator
2. Every district coordinator should just be given 2-teaching loads in the school where
he is attached in the list of personnel. The school heads should sit together with their
respective district coordinators for the proper scheduling of their classes either in the morning
or in the afternoon from Monday to Friday.
3. School heads should guide the district coordinator in preparing their Daily Lesson Log
intended for the learning areas assigned to them. They should inspect/check regularly the
district coordinators’ DLL and, of course, they should conduct regular classroom observation
in the coordinators’ classes.
4. Accomplishment of monthly district coordinators’ CSC Form 48 shall be properly
initialed by the school heads and submitted together with school DTR to the district office
three days before the end of the month.
5. In the event the undersigned utilizes those coordinators for the meantime in the
district office, verbal and written notification shall be sent to those school heads concerned.
6. District PESS Coordinator is also enjoined to prepare District PESS Plan reflecting its
priorities targeted for the whole school year and he should submit to the undersigned on or
before June 30, 2016. He should also encouraged every School Sports Coordinator to craft
plan as a basis of his priorities in District PESS Plan.
7. Annual Narrative Report of the District PESS Coordinator shall be submitted to this
Office on the last day of April.
