The Public Schools District Supervisor of Indanan South District temporarily cancelled the District Liaison Officer designation for three reasons: 1) District Coordinators should focus primarily on their teaching responsibilities rather than liaison duties, 2) the District Physical Education and School Sports Coordinator needed to prioritize those tasks over liaison work, and 3) daily transactions at the division office were interfering with the coordinator's teaching and implementation of physical education plans. The Public Schools District Supervisor or caretaker will handle any liaison officer tasks until a new District ICT Coordinator can be appointed.

Madam:
I have the honor to inform your good office that the above-named district
temporarily cancels District Liaison Officer designation for the following reasons:
1. District Coordinators should primarily focus on their 2-teaching loads
assigned by the school heads where they are attached in the list of
personnel;
2. District PESS should be given more priority by the District PESS
Coordinator than the task of District Liaison Officer; and
3. Daily transaction in the Division Office for the request of teachers on, for
instance, SR, authentication, and other transaction with the Office of the
Administrative Officer affects the concentration of the District PESS
Coordinator on the school-to-school implementation of his plan on physical
education and school sports and the observance of his 2-teaching loads in
the classroom.
Any tasks commensurate to the duty of District Liaison Officer shall be tackled
by the Public Schools District Supervisor or his Caretaker for and in the absence of
the PSDS until the undersigned is able to designate right personnel as District ICT
Coordinator.
