2. Initial Reaction
• My initial reaction to the task is that it will be an exciting opportunity to
include my own phtotgraphy in project and write and research a topic
that im interested in.t first lots of things came to mind but I had o be
aware that photos for the magazine had to be taken by me and during
production so this narrowed down my options.in the new year one of my
reseloutions was to be more concious of my impact on the enviroment so I
thought it would be a good idea to try and create a magazine about british
wildlife, enviroment and maybe faring. These themes are all linked and
will give me pleanty to talk about in the article.
• As well as this I thought about my other more creative interests like art
and writing and how I could incorporate these into a fun magazine. I think
the best part about doing this theme would of been I didn’t have many
restrictions and it gives me the ability to be really creative with my design
that I might not have with other magazine genres.i feel like this wouldn’t
challenge me as much though as its an area im really confident in so it
would be nice to explore something that gets me out my comfort zone.

7. Mood Board Analysis
Is there any repetition in the images you have collected?
(Repeated colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood)
Theres reoccurring themes of enviromental awarness, farming and british wildlife and
infographics.
There was also lots of natural colours like blues and greens which I think I will incorporate in
my work as it reflects the content of the meagazine being wildlife and enviroment based.
The images are mostly profesional photgraphy style high quality and bright colours.
Theres not much text in the images I chose although the font used in ithe infographics is
clear and bold so its quick easy to read which can be important with large amounts of
information.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
• I think my mood board has been really helpful of my understanding of the themes and
ideas that I will include. I can see in my moodboards that I have leant more to the
enviromental side and also focussed on british wildlife and farming so im thinking that I
will have these themes as my key ideas for my magazine.
