Quality is one of the critical factors in the success of construction projects. Improvement in the quality of construction projects is linked with quality management in the project life cycle. And the quality management at the execution (construction) stage contributes significantly on final quality outcome of construction projects.
Now it is the time to place behind the old adversarial approach to managing construction work. It is time to develop better and more direct interaction with project stakeholders, to initiate more teamwork at the jobsite, and to produce better quality work. These goals drive the demand of using mobile and cloud computing technologies to do the quality management.

Recognizing the problem occurs in the construction site and

system practiced in the construction will be interview and
collect from the questionnaires.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The purpose of this Quality Management Program is to
describe the execution methodology International Alliance
Group (IAG) will utilize to manage the quality function.
9. QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
The objective of this Quality Management Program is
to effectively implement the Quality System, in
conjunction with surveillance and inspection
activities, to ensure compliance with quality
standards, industry codes, and Engineering/Client
specifications, as they relate to Field Constructions.

product meets the standards set in the specification and
by various controlling bodies.

QC is a series of checks carried out on the product to
ensure it complies with the original specification and

15. QA/QC MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)
Overall Purpose of the Role:
Develop and maintain new QA/QC procedures for implementation on
various projects that specify a contractual obligation to monitor and
assure the production quality.
This will involve the creation of a QA/QC Plan, the management of a
QA/QC Team, and the implementation and execution of the plan.
The purpose of this will be to monitor the quality, document the
progress in accordance with contract specifications, document and
report non-conformance issues, and provide a plan to rectify
deviations from contract, material insufficiencies, or otherwise sub-
par quality.
