• 3 users groups exists in EAM :
• ADMIN : concern only support team and Steve Hammerson
• MULTIBUSINESS : concern maintenance manager and/or other managers.
• TECH : concern maintenance team members (with limited access)
• Several users accounts for each site :
• Idemia's users who will have access to EAM with limited access according to user group (example :
aurelie.jouveneau@idemia.com).
• CDI user : example CDI.DIJON@IDEMIA.COM ➔ each site will have a specific user account for CDI tool. And
this user account will access to datas of his own organization in EAM.
• EAM user : example EAM.DIJON@IDEMIA.COM ➔ each site will be able to connect to EAM with this user
account with an access to datas of all organizations existing in the system.
