2. Exordium :
Yes Bank, is India's fifth largest private sector Bank, co-
founded by Rana Kapoor in 2004. It is the only Greenfield Bank
licence awarded by the RBI in the last two decades. Yes Bank
is a “Full Service Commercial Bank”, has steadily built a
Corporate, Retail & SME Banking franchise, Financial Markets,
Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Branch Banking,
Business and Transaction Banking, and Wealth Management
business lines across the country.

1. Rana Kapoor (Managing Director & CEO)- As a
professional entrepreneur, since 2003, Under his
leadership, YES BANK has steadily evolved as the
“Professionals’ Bank of India” with exemplary
business and financial outcomes as evidenced in
the financial results since inception, with highest
RoA/RoE, and the best asset quality amongst
leading Public and Private Banks in India.
Rana Kapoor was recently felicitated with the first
ever ‘C Rangarajan Award for Excellence in
Banking’ at the 38th SKOCH Summit as well as the
‘Best Business Innovator’ award at the Asia
Business Leadership Forum and was recognized as
‘Visionary Business and Banking Leader’.
2. Ms. Radha Singh (Non Executive Part-time
Chairperson) – She has been on the Board of YES
BANK since April 2008 as an Independent Director.
Ms.Singh was an officer of the Indian
Administrative Service having more than 39 years
of experience in public service in areas of rural
and agriculture development, water resources,
public finance and institution building.
Ms. Singh has been involved in strengthening and
building resilience in this sector, through specific
targeted initiatives. Currently she is Agriculture
Advisor to FICCI, Director of LT Foods Ltd and
Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd., Syngenta
Foundation for Sustainable Development and
Chemi Nova India Ltd.

3. Mr. Diwan Arun Nanda (Independent Director)
- He has been on the Board of YES BANK since
October 2012, has over 40 years of experience in
the advertising and marketing industry. He joined
Hindustan Lever Limited in 1966 as a Management
Trainee in the Marketing Department, and was
with them for six years (1966 – 1972).
In July 1973, Diwan Arun Nanda founded
Rediffusion, and is currently the Chairman and
Managing Director of Rediffusion Dentsu Young &
Rubicam Pvt. Ltd. an agency which is today among
the one of top advertising agencies in the Indian
Advertising industry.
4. Mr. Brahm Dutt (Independent Director) – He
has been on the Board of YES BANK since July
2013. During his career in the IAS for 37 years, he
held several posts in the State Government of
Karnataka as well as in the Central Government
and rose to the level of Secretary to Government
of India.
His core competence is in the area of SME
development. He has acted as a member on the
board of directors of SIDBI, NSIC, KSFC, KSSIDC and
several other public sectors undertakings
associated with development and financing of
small scale and micro enterprise in Karnataka. As
Joint Secretary, the very first initiative for
development of micro finance institutions in the
country was taken by him.

5. Mr. Vasant V Gujarathi (Independent Director)
– He has been on the Board of YES BANK since April
2014. He has more than 35 years of post-
qualification experience in PriceWaterhouse
Coopers (PwC) in various capacities/roles and
working with some of the largest multinational
Companies in India. He has represented PwC India
on PwC Global Committee for "Industrial Products"
Industry. He has exposure in the field of audit,
financial systems, operations, risk management,
regulatory compliance, internal audit services, IT
strategy implementation, etc.
He is also on the Board of YES Securities (India)
Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of YES BANK
Limited.
6. Mr. Saurabh Srivastava (Independent Director)
- He has been on the Board of YES BANK since April
2014 and is one of India’s leading entrepreneurs
and institution builders. He is widely
acknowledged in India as one of the architects of
the Indian IT Industry. He is also member of the
Prime Minister’s National Innovation Council. He is
a cofounder and past Chairman of NASSCOM, the
Indian Software Industry Association.
He founded and chaired India's first and extremely
successful early stage Venture Capital fund in the
private sector, Infinity Ventures, which created
companies such as India Bulls, India Games &
Avendus. He is also on the Board of various
Companies including Dr. Lal Pathlabs Limited,
Media Lab Asia, Info Edge (India) Limited, Leeway
Logistics Limited and Steria (India) Limited.

7. Mr. Ajai kumar (Non-Executive Non-
Independent Director) - Prior to this, he was
acting as Senior Strategic Advisor of the Bank since
2014. In banking industry he has more than forty
years of experience in Public Sector Banking
Industry holding eminent leadership positions in
India and overseas (New York, USA) including as
CMD (Corporation Bank), Executive Director (UCO
Bank) and as General Manager & Head of
Technology and Retail Banking at Bank of Baroda.
He was also a Member of the Board of Directors at
Indo Zambia Bank Ltd., and is currently holding
directorship in Multi-Commodity Exchange of India
Limited and Nuclear Power Corporation of India
Limited.
8. Mr. Ashok Chawla (Independent Director) - He
has been on the Board of YES BANK since March
05, 2016 and was appointed as Independent
Director of the Bank by the Shareholders in
12th AGM on June 7, 2016 for a period of five
years.Prior to joining YES BANK, he was the
Chairman of the Competition Commission of India
(“CCI”).He was the head of the multi-billion dollar
Sardar Sarovar Narmada multi-purpose project.He
has been on the Boards of RBI, Insurance
Regulatory and Development Authority, SBI and
Life Insurance Corporation of India.
He has been Chairman and Managing Director of
Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited and a
Director on the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation
(ONGC).
