 Contributor Purpose At Self Development & Societal & 
Organizational Development Purpose. 
 In the life any one person has to be contributor with the 
business customers and profession to get right way 
success by the following on principal. 
 There is a contribution is at every level as a self 
improvement and company development and societal 
status improvement occurrence.

 Occupations : Cashier(Operation) 
 Organization Name : BSNL Panwadi, 
Bhavnagar 
 Date of Birth : 15th December,1958 
 Experience of Job : 32 years
How Many Years of Experience..?? 
 He has experience of 32 years in BSNL Organization. 
How does he take his work..?? 
 He takes his work as a goal of .. 
Self Satisfaction 
Society Satisfaction
What are the qualities to become a 
succcesfull employee..?? 
 For being a successful employee the main quality of 
employee is Attitude to do his work. 
 He can handle any situation at any time at anywhere 
 He must perform Smart Work rather than Hard Work
Challenges for him.. 
 Whenever any Challenges came, initially it feels like 
hurdle for him. 
 But after time passes it will become his responsibility to 
Overcome Challenges. 
 And when it is completed successfully, it will become his 
oppurtinutiy regarding to Challenges.
Job Satisfaction 
 For him External as well as Internal Satisfaction is job 
satisfaction. 
 As revenue is as much important as self satisfaction. 
Vision.. 
 His short term vision is to achieve long term vision. 
 At now he is on post of Junior Account Officer(JAO). 
 And as an employee his long term vision is to be 
Account Officer(AO).
What is his belief for work..?? 
 He believes to work as an Opportunity instead of 
getting any reward from anyone. 
 He works with Domain Vision as he is not interested 
in do in any particular work as a purpose.
How he deals with Juniors..?? 
 He always accept everybody are not same. 
 He believe change in himself first rather then other so it 
will be easy to deal with any newcomers. 
How to deal with Seniors..?? 
 He always put himself as a friend to Seniors. 
 He observes the thinking of senior to work with them 
efficiently and effectively.
His Contribution to Organization.. 
 He perform various activity of Organization in a such 
way that all customers are satisfied with it. 
 Like… 
 As a Cashier he does.. 
Staff Payment 
Rent Payment 
Deposit Refund 
Light Bill Payment 
All other Payment related to Organization
Advice for Youth.. 
 Do your best and Get the best. 
 Always be with positive attitude to others colleagues. 
 “Never Give Up” from any situations. 
 Do Smart Work no Hard Work.
