position is filled up. It is a combination of selection
recruitment and induction.
There are two types of recruitment
1. Internal source.
2. External source.

SOURCE
1. We get fresh talent.
2. Old employees change their bad habits.
3. We can get the highly experience and talented
employees.
4. Its process can be economical.
8. DISADVANTAGES OF EXTERNAL
SOURCE
1. The new employee may not be loyal for the
organization.
2. During interview complete evaluation of the
employee may not be done.
3. If the employee does not have sufficient knowledge
or experience, training may be required.
10. SELECTION
Selection is the process where the right candidate are selected.
Selection has been regarded as the most important function of HR
department. It ensures the organization that; it has right
number, right kind of people at the right place and at the right
time.

likelihood of success.”
