4. When the earth is shaken
with convulsion.

5. And the mountains are
broken down, crumbling.

6. So they become as
scattered dust.

7. And you become three
kinds.

8. So those on the right
hand. What of those on the
right hand.

hand. What of those on the

foremost in the race.

13. A multitude from among
the former people.

those of later people.

16. Reclining on them, facing
each other.

17. There wait on them
immortal youths.

18. With goblets, and
pitchers, and a cup from a
pure spring.

19. No headache will they
get therefrom, nor will they
be intoxicated.

3. 20. And fruit, whichever they
may choose.

21. And the flesh of fowls,
whatever they may desire.

22. And fair ones with wide
lovely eyes.

23. The likeness of well
guarded pearls.

24. Reward for what they
used to do.

25. They shall not hear
therein vain talk, nor sinful
speech.

hand, what of those on the

28. Among thornless lote
trees.

29. And clustered plantains.

30. And outspread shade.

4. 31. And water gushing.

32. And abundant fruits.

33. Neither out of reach, nor
forbidden.

34. And upraised couches.

35. Surely, We have created
them a (new) creation.

36. And made them virgins.

37. Loving, of equal age.

38. For those on the right
hand.

39. A multitude of those
from among the former.

42. In the scorching wind
and the boiling water.

5. 43. And the shadow of black
smoke.

44. Neither cool nor
refreshing.

45. Indeed they were,
before that, indulging in
luxury.

46. And they used to
persist in great sin.

47. And they used to say:
“When we are dead and
become dust and bones, shall
we indeed be resurrected.”

49. Say: “Surely the former
and the later.”

50. “Shall be gathered
together to an appointed
meeting of a known day”

6. 51. “Then indeed, you the
deviators, the deniers.”

tβθç/Éj‹s3ßϑø9$#∩∈⊇∪
52. “You will eat of the tree
of zaqqum.”

53. “Then you fill with it
your bellies.”

54. “Then you will drink on
it from the boiling water.”

55. “So you will drink as
drink the thirsty camels.”

56. This will be their
welcome on the Day of
Judgment.

57. We have created you,
then why do you not
confirm.

58. So have you seen that
which you emit.
Λä⎢÷ƒu™tsùr&$¨ΒtβθãΖôϑè?∩∈∇∪
59. Is it you who create
it or are We the Creator.
óΟçFΡr&u™ÿ…çμtΡθà)è=øƒrB÷Πr&ß⎯óstΡ

60. We have decreed
death among you, and We
ß⎯øtwΥ$tΡö‘£‰s%â/ä3uΖ÷t/|Nöθyϑø9$#$tΒuρ

7. are not to be outdone. ß⎯øtwΥt⎦⎫Ï%θç7ó¡yϑÎ/∩∉⊃∪
61. In that We may change
your likeness, and create
you in (forms) that you do
not know.

’Îû$tΒŸωtβθßϑn=÷ès?∩∉⊇∪
62. And indeed you know the
first creation. Why then you
do not take heed.

63. So have you seen that
which you sow (cultivate).

64. Is it you who make it
grow, or are We the grower.
óΟçFΡr&u™ÿ…çμtΡθããu‘÷“s?÷Πr&ß⎯øtwΥ

65. If We will, We could
turn it into chaff, you
would then be left
lamenting.

66. Surely, we are laden with
debt.

67. Nay, but we are
deprived.

68. So have you seen the
water that you drink.

8. 69. Is it you who cause it to
come down from the rain
clouds, or do We cause it to
come down.
öΝçFΡr&u™çνθßϑçFø9t“Ρr&z⎯ÏΒÈβ÷“ßϑø9$#÷Πr&ß⎯øtwΥ
tβθä9Í”∴ßϑø9$#∩∉®∪
70. If We will, We could
make it bitter. Then why
do you not give thanks.
öθs9â™!$t±nΣçμ≈uΖù=yèy_%[`%y`é&Ÿωöθn=sù
šχρãä3ô±n@∩∠⊃∪
71. So have you seen the fire
that you kindle.
ÞΟçF÷ƒu™tsùr&u‘$¨Ζ9$#©ÉL©9$#tβρâ‘θè?∩∠⊇∪
72. Is it you who made to
grow the tree thereof, or are
We the grower.
óΟçFΡr&u™öΝè?ù't±Σr&!$pκsEtyfx©ôΘr&ß⎯øtwΥ
šχθä↔ϱΨßϑø9$#∩∠⊄∪
73. We have made it a
remembrance and a
provision for the dwellers in
the wilderness.

t⎦⎪Èθø)ßϑù=Ïj9∩∠⊂∪
74. So glorify the name of
your Lord, the Supreme.
ôxÎm7|¡sùÉΟó™$$Î/y7În/u‘ÉΟŠÏàyèø9$#∩∠⊆∪
75. Then nay, I swear by the
places of the stars.
*IξsùÞΟÅ¡ø%é&ÆìÏ%≡uθyϑÎ/ÏΘθàf‘Ζ9$#∩∠∈∪
76 And surely, that is
indeed a great oath, if you
could know.

77. Indeed, this is a glorious
Quran.

9. 78. In a Book, well guarded.

79. Which none can touch
but the purified.

80. A revelation from the
Lord of the Worlds.
×≅ƒÍ”∴s?⎯ÏiΒÉb>§‘t⎦⎫ÏΗs>≈yèø9$#∩∇⊃∪
81. Then is it to this
statement that you scorn.

82. And you make it your
livelihood that you should
declare it false.
tβθè=yèøgrBuρöΝä3s%ø—Í‘öΝä3¯Ρr&tβθç/Éj‹s3è?

83. So why not, when (the
soul) comes up to the throat
(of the dying).

84. And you are at that
moment looking.
óΟçFΡr&uρ7‹Í×t⊥‹ÏmtβρãÝàΖs?∩∇⊆∪
85. And We are closer to
him than you, but you do
not see.
ß⎯øtwΥuρÜ>tø%r&Ïμø‹s9Î)öΝä3ΖÏΒ⎯Å3≈s9uρω

86. Then why not, if you are
exempt from account.

87. Bring it back (the
soul), if you are truthful.

10. 88. Thus, then if he was of
those brought near.
!$¨Βr'sùβÎ)tβ%x.z⎯ÏΒt⎦⎫Î/§s)ßϑø9$#∩∇∇∪
89. (For him is) comfort and
good provision and the
Garden of bliss.

90. And thus, if he was of
those on the right hand.

91. Then peace be to you
from those on right hand.

92. And thus, if he was of
the deniers, gone astray.

93. Then the welcome will
be of boiling water.

94. And burning in Hell.

95. Indeed this, it is truth
with certainty.
