As you may see most of my experience is in the Sales field, but I have acquired excellent “Customer Service”
skills from some very professional and demanding managers. My last position was heavy on Technical and
Sales Support for a very large geographical area and demanded many extra hours of work to generate quotes
and technical information packages.
In my work experience, I have become proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of software, and the Windows
operating system. In my last position, I was introduced to the Microsoft Dynamic customer relation
management software. I also have experience with ACT! And Maximizer contact management software, so
