GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for customer product education and communicating customers’ product needs to HERE internal
divisions. Ensures customer satisfaction via product support and issue resolution.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Responsible for representing customer needs and expectations internally to ensure internal initiatives
reflect customer business and technical requirements.
 Responsible for pre-sale and/or post-sale support of company data products including escalating
customer requests and technical data related complaints to relevant company departments and
providing answers to customer inquiries concerning database specification and delivery formats.
 Act as an advocate for Nokia/HERE Products within the customer space.
 Manage tactical relationship with customers in support of Nokia/HERE Products including basic conflict
resolutions, strategic alignment, customer expectations and communication.
 Provides standard training to customers and company staff concerning database specification and
delivery formats including development of proprietary training materials for support of new or existing
company data products.
 Provides testing support for internal and external applications of company database.
 Support conflict resolution and communication when customers and Nokia/HERE have competing
technical objectives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
 Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience required. (Engineering
degree – preferred)
 Minimum 1 year of Nokia/HERE technical business knowledge preferred
 Minimum 3-5 years of Nokia/HERE database knowledge or equivalent experience required
 Demonstrated ability to work in various cultural environments
 Demonstrated project management skills
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with all levels in an organization
