This document discusses models for measuring productivity at the company level. It presents a research model that identifies organizational factors, contract management, finance, and others that can impact productivity. It also discusses a project work environment model that examines pre-construction activities, site managers, labor, management factors and systems, and resource management. Finally, it introduces the Performance Ability Ratio (PAR) as a method to measure productivity by comparing current performance to exemplar performance. A PAR greater than 1 indicates potential for improved performance.
