The Wolfowitz doctrine requires Washington to dispense with or overthrow governments that do not acquiesce to

Iraqis have rallied in Baghdad in massive numbers to call for an end to US military presence in the country following high-

as structured, appears to suggest that “demonization and demeaning Shias and Shia-led governments” is a consequence,
a product, an effect, if you will, of an “incapacity” by those elites “to attempt to understand Shi’ism”. In other words, they
