Difficulties face in this project and the
solution
• Because of the rainy season many times work
is affected due to rain.
• Many times there is labour shortages occur.
• Some column got cracked due to wrong
proportion of water added by labour.
Solution for difficulties in project
• We can use weathercasts for working season
on which days we find forecasts of rain on
those days we off the site in place on Saturday
and Sunday.
• Accurate forecast of labour demand is to be
necessary.
• Engineer should check every time the right
proportions added by lobour.
Learning outcome
• In this summer training I am learned about
various ground details about civil engineering.
• Some of the main objectives of learned things
as follows.
1. How to read drawings.
2. Foundation and footings design.
3. Basement construction details.
4. Ground experience.
AND SPECIAL THANKS TO ABES
