Conducted market research for an e-detailing project comprising of more than 1,000 surveys. Traveled across different country regions with sales
representatives to audit the effectiveness of their outmoded selling techniques. My report prompted a shift to a digitalized sales pitch that profitably
benefited Novartis.
 TEAM LEADER - OUTGOING EXGHANGE, AISEC IN IBA, (MAY 2012-JAN 2013)
Trained all new members for a period of 2 consecutive cycles as a part of skill development program in trying to help them become future emergent
leaders. My team and I surpassed the ultimate objective to attract the highest number (12) of exchange participants and were given an honorary award
for being the Best Performing team.
 HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN, THE SHIFA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL, (SUMMER 2012)
Worked with the Human Resource manager to devise various inventive ways that can help in maximizing human capital utilization. Audit was performed
over the course of six weeks to deeply understand the operational gaps. At the end of the period, findings were presented to the entire BOD. Even minute
inefficiencies that would be perceived as negligible were effectively pointed for notice. Workforce reengineering was then carried out which lead to higher
efficiency of work staff.

Tuck shop was a food venture, set up in the IBA hostel facility. The venture was a great success and always ran in profits. Brand IBA was a clothing
venture that took customized orders in making hoodies and jackets for all IBA students. Both ventures were great partnership experiences.

 IBA BOYS’ HOSTEL CAFÉ – Owner of a business venture that started from an empty room into a café; served 300+ students on 24/7 basis with
quality products at reasonable cost. 6 months later, it was expanded to a small dine-in for students.
 BRAND IBA (entrepreneurship project started in Freshman Year, IBA) – Marketing Manager of a clothing line. Designed the tagline “Flaunt your
identity” which went viral and increased our sales by 200% in 2 months. Designed all related marketing strategies under a strict budget
