Organization profile : RELAXO Footwear commenced its journey with the manufacture of Hawaii
slippers. It has now grown into a large-scale entrepreneurship catering to the
basic needs of the quintessential Indian citizen. From a modest sales figure
of Rs. 1 million in 1977 to more than Rs. 8700 million last year; the company has
experienced a record-breaking growth since inception. Today, the company
manufactures over 3 lakh pairs of footwear per day, which approximately adds
up to over 10 million pairs per year.

Role : Sr. Executive- Export for Gulf region
Job Description
• Managing key accounts in Gulf region.
• Appointing new distributor in untapped country.
• Evaluate distributor for continuity and expansion of business
• Manage all the business relationships with the distributors for the assigned countries.
• Sales Plan and Driving Sales & Share – Strategic planning/initiatives management/sales fundamentals
results in actionable sales plans with good Return on Investment ensuring that
we are set up to deliver targets.
• Prepare and manage the detailed country level plan and strategy for increasing market share & Set
Annual sales targets for each country ensuring the division’s growth objectives
are being met.
• Budget management – managing budgets across all regions & channels.
• Analyze sales achievements and trends by distribution channel, key account, and country and revise
strategies wherever and however applicable ensuring the division’s overall
objectives is being met.
• Monitor the expense for listings, Promotions, Displays by each distributor for assign market. Prepare a
summary sheet and coordinate with Marketing and accounts department.
• Manage the implementation of all BTL activities and analyze the impact on sales.
• Distribution Channel Management - Merchandising and Trade Marketing.
• Evaluate stocks against sales on monthly basis and suggest SKU wise inventory levels to the
distributor.
• Quarterly and Monthly sales targets setting with the distributor on the basis of yearly target.
• Felicitate increase in NPD revenue contribution in Middle East Region through coordination with SCM
