1. Enterprise Risk Management Scott M. Gleason Archon Group L.P. a Goldman Sachs Company Analytical, Hands-on, Collaborative, Implementer A Harvard MBA with top-tier consulting experience (Arthur D. Little, Inc.) and a background in IT, real estate, banking, finance, operations, and global project leadership, I manage and maintain the comprehensive process for assessing, identifying, monitoring and reducing pertinent business risks at the Archon Group, L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. As Director of Process & Controls, I function as the enterprise risk management officer and oversee risk intelligence gathering. My role entails working with business units to establish, maintain and continuously improve their risk management capabilities. Serving as Secretary of the Global Risk and US Risk Committees, I facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments and monitor priority risks while centralizing the aggregation and reporting of risk information to the Archon Operating Committee (Board of Directors) for a comprehensive view of Archon’s overall risk exposure. I act as the principal global liaison for Archon to The Goldman Sachs Group (GS) for Operational Risk, Sarbanes Oxley 404 Compliance, Internal Audit, Crisis Management, Business Continuity and Pandemic Planning. I also support change management, process improvement, and other strategic initiatives at Archon. Currently, I am the global project lead for the Governance and Regulatory Preparedness Initiative, working with our global operating entities to prepare for a Federal Reserve Bank audit.
